Godrej is a government organisation. They simply dont care and amke yo run from pillar to post to resolve your problem. Do not make the mistake of buying Godrej products.


Godrej customer service department and customer service head do not respond to mails. I am sure nobody is reviewing the performance of the Customer Service Unit.


I placed an order for the AC on 23/4/2016 with Shafique Tamboli. He checked with his superiors and then confirmed the make and delivery for 28th April.


On 27th April I again reminded him of the delivery and he informed me that I would get a call confirming the delivery. I did not get any call from Godrej.


On 28th April he again confirmed that I would get delivery on 30th April or 1st May.


On 30th May he informs that the model is not in stock and will be available after 10 to 15 days.


This is absolutely ridiculous, if you don't have stocks why are you selling such models? You should only sell models which are in stock.


Your AC are available on all e-commerce websites like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal.


After a lot of delay the AC Unit was delivered and their was no sign of the installation team. When the installation team landed up they said they cannot break the beam. Breaking the beam and making a hole was confirmed by Shafique for Rs 700 to Rs 800. Ranjan Nayak asked me to pay Rs 2200 and when I refused he reduced the price to Rs 1800. The team which was supposed to make the hole never showed up and I had to get the work done by on my own.


The AC was installed on 9th may.Ranjan Nayak advised us to buy a new drainage pipe as the Company supplied drainage pipe is of poor quality and would deteriorate and lead to water leakage problems! The AC unit had a bent flap, which we were told would be replaced . Ranjan Nayak is now asking us to speak to his manager Rane. I have spoken to Rane and even though he has committed to send a technician, their is no sign of technician.


I complained to Shafique and he asked me to contact Customer Care. Customer care first said that they do not take complaints, finally lodged a complaint. I have not received any call from Service Center or Technician to replace the flap.


I have never come across such shoddy Customer Service.


Their are lot of negative comments about your services on Social Media and they are perfectly justified.
