Please don't consider buying it. Review on Godrej Pentacool Refrigerator

Today I am going to review a product from kitchen appliance category i.e refrigerator from Godrej. Godrej is a well established company in Indian market and every body know that Godrej means reliability in India. So we have recently brought a refrigerator from Godrej which I think is too much costly by the standards of services it is providing. A good refrigerator should be in the budget of a common man. After all majority of the population in India is middle class. Talking about user friendliness I would not say that is very friendly but I think the inner shelf should have some adjustable option in case we want to put a jug in it. So we have to transfer the content in other utensils and then keep it. Durability vise it is as good as its predecessors which last for 10 years in our home. Service and support in rural areas is still a huge challenge for big companies like godrej. The service engineer never comes on time and after coming he will say that this part is faulty so we need to replace this and it will take few weeks as it has be brought from the city. So service and support is not good in rural areas. I can not really comment about the services in metro cities they might be good there. In terms of style and design godrej could have done a better job with this product. I believe if the exterior and interior of the product is good that it will be purchased by much more customer. So a better design was possible for this product. Overall it is below average product and I would advise caution before purchasing this and look for other better options.
