Godrej Pentacool Refrigerator is really a poor refrigerator. I purchased it at around price of Rs.20000. But didnt like the product at all. I am using it from 3 years. My problem started just after 6 months from buying. Problems like gas leakage and not cooling. I report the issue to customer care and service centre and they solved my issue by reapairing it. But again after next 6 months, my refrigerator stops functioning. During warranty period everything was Ok, as I dont have to pay for repairing. But after warranty period, this refrigerator started looking to me like a burden. Every year I have to pay Rs. 1000 to Rs. 2000 for its repairing.
I am really disappointed with this product from Godrej. Godrej is a well known company in the market. But this refrigerator from Godrej is not upto the mark.
I will rate with only 2 stars to this Pentacool Refrigerator because of its poor performance and overall quality.
