Hi , friends , I am using godrej penatacool refrigerator from about to 2 years , but truly , I am not satisfied. Because refrigerator is not durable a little , I had many issues with it , so lets discuss about that issues and some good points also about it : -
Ease Of Use :
In this factor , I have to say that it is perfect and even better than many of the other companies refrigerator , it is very easy to use and compatible with use in kitchen. But this factor is not enough for the whole refrigerator.
Durability :
This factor makes me regret everytime I think about this product , and I alwayse regret why I choosed this one ! In the 2 years of use of this refrigerator , I had problems for 4 or 5 times and I repaired it every time , so it is very less durable.
Ease Of Cleaning :
Ya , its easy to clean it , because it is simple and good and sleek design . In this factor it is nice.
Service and Support :
Ya , servuce and support is good , they gives us a better service and never let you in triuble with product.
But Overall , the Refrigerator is not good and appreciable because it is not durable and thats the important factor. It geta aome problems after some time again and again. So do not Go For It. Thats my suggestion.
