I bought interio dining table set and godrej metal cupboard in chennai 6 months back i.e., in september 2010. I got the material delivered after pressurising the dealer. after all these stuff, service people did not install furniture properly. I noticed these issues only after started using them.
I loged a complaint with the company in the month of october, but those people turn up only in november 2010 only after pressurising the dealer. they came to my place and inspected the furniture and promised to service them with in 10 working days. this is march2011, but still those people were processing the complaint.
