First, I would like to say that I used to trust a brand like Godrej. However, my terrible experience with this company has led me to believe that it is mAnasultanged by lousy and incompetent people. The Godrej Interio products are highly over-priced and fail to meet expectations.
Second, I would like to mention that I purchased a Eudora Queen bed(item code 42260) and 1 Eleganza mattress(item code 18742) on 22-Oct-2017. During the purchase and the billing, I was told that the product will get delivered within a period of 4 weeks. I was amazed as this is an extremely long SLA to deliver a product. Nonetheless, I was convinced by Mr. Kamal(store personnel) that the bed and the mattress will get delivered by a designated time within the mentioned 4 weeks.
Today, even after 4 weeks and with the 5th week running, I am yet to receive the mattress.
Even after repeated calls to their customer care service(email: hdgodint@godrej.com / 011-68888065) over the past few weeks, it has not been fruitful at all. The customer care representatives are morons and are COMPLETELY and UTTERLY clueless as to provide any sensible status. They have only one fixed answer - "Sir, we don't know.we will get back to you". This is extremely frustrating as I have paid the initial down aishwaryasingh23ment of 12K and my EMI has also started; YET they have not delivered the product.
Mr. Kamal, who is one of the store personnel, is absolutely unhelpful and does not receive my calls and refuses to provide any status.
My question is - as a so-called renowned brand, how is Godrej Interio planning to service its customers? Is this customer care? This is a most callous and careless attitude they have and it shows in the attitude of its laid back employees at JMD Regent Mall in Gurgaon.
My dear friends, if you are reading this review - please stay away from buying any Godrej product. There are many other local shops who will provide better and prompt customer service.
