Frome the purchasing date to 1 yr passed, the cooling got disturbed and the fridge started loud noise, when I approached to customer support centre they only assure to make the service good.
I anyhow manage to fought to the top level, written many mails to the customer support but nothing happend, and hence left with no solution to the problem I paid for repair charges.
After 6 months again there was a problem and we had to again call a technician which was of course chargeable. Now planning to get rid of this fridge.
Also the customer care people and the top authorities don't even bother to reply to mails or to solve the problem. If you are leading a peaceful life and want to got disturbed and waste money go for it.
