I have been using Godrej GSC 19G1C 1.5T split in our home since 2009 and still its working flawless. Its more efficient than the LG split we've got in another rooom. Also we have a Samsung Forte 1.5T in one more room and I find it to be the most efficient compared to the other 2, although the size of the room having the Samsung is a bit smaller than the other 2 rooms.
Regarding service can't say much because we've never needed it till now apart from the periodic servicing which is done on time and efficiently.
Even after 7 years cooling is quite good and still we dont have to refill it with gas.
Godrej GSC comes with 5 star ratting so its electricity saviour device. And its a value for money product.:)
