Our joy of buying 1.5 ton godrej eon has been limited to just half day.the unit is oozing out water like flood in the rainy season.pathetic when called customer care.they do not have a technical guy to answer.they just have CC to sell their default units.nce Oct we are facing continuous complain from our godrej eon 5 star AC. We had almost paid 3000 in servicing it but it's not cooling, while the customer care guy who visited us said max life of an godrej AC is only 2 yrs. if is it the case then why you sell your AC in mkt. The guy checked our AC within 2 mins and directly told that the gas is less and need to change the condenssor and told 3000 for gas leakage and 8000 for condenssor.
When we started asking him the details for the same and started cross checkin with other AC dealers he said there is no problem it's fine.
