As my friend had problems with booking Go air I had the same, not able to get thro, but finally when I saw my mail box next day, I came to know that there was two confirmed ticket in my name from Coimbatore to Mumbai and then from Mumbai to Goa and back. I had just paid Rs 884/- . It was a real suprise for me, but the problem is with the extra ticket I have so I had send a mail to Go air regarding this the reply was
Dear Customer,

We thank you for your valued response.

With reference to your email, we would like to inform you that flight tickets once booked cannot be cancelled but you can rebook the tickets for the same route. Rebooking charges are Rs.500

We also would like to inform you that, only the name of the passenger printed on the ticket has the right to travel in it, as changes in the name of the passenger is not permissible.

We look forward to serving you on board GoAir.
