Hi...This is Syed Nawaz...I had booked a Go Air Flight(Conf no GVAZ6J) to fly from Bangalore to Mumbai on 18th June...I had not flown
thru Go Air before and just to try out the airline I booked this flight and I invited trouble for myself...
I was informed at the last moment that the flight has been cancelled due to unknown reasons...Well, thats written in their terms and conditions since its a low cost airline so I didnt object and politely asked for the refund of my money...I had booked the flight through my credit card so they replied the amount will be automatically credited to my credit card account within 7 days...
After 7 days when I call them then I am informed that no request for refund has been placed by me so the amount was not credited...they forwarded my request and I asked the executive 3 times to confirm whether he really forwarded the request so that I am not informed the same thing again...
Again after 2 days I called and they asked for 2 more days....Now I have called them 5 times and still I hear the same excuse....
Can anyone help me how to deal with this issue...
