i have happened to try the sms service by goair. age has come when the customer service is no longer on phone call or click away . can say today the customer service of an airline especailly is just an
sms away. go air makes this possible . the executives answer the query to the point with no false hopes.
flew by go air too. the flight was not on time. it was a little delayed i guess due to late arrival. the crew was smart. alot of younsters servicing at go air. this made them friendly. i happened not to like the coffee on board.I called the a lady cabin crew and told her my feedback about the coffee served on board. She handed a feedback form to me and accepted the crticcism in a sporty way. then the head cabin crew came and had a word with me trying to understand my needs. that was wonderful and worth a good appreciation. cannot recall their names or faces but can surely recall a good service givne on board. Wonderful GoAir and to Mr Jeh Wadia who heads the airline. these young people made my head turn ahead while i left for their understanding service.
