Recently I used this airlines between Delhi & Mumbai.

I’ll be very fair to them.
1. I probably made a mistake in online

booking, I wanted Delhi-Mumbai but booked Mumbai-Delhi instead !

On the return afternoon in Delhi I was totaly ignorant of my debacle....but suddenly GO Air called me.....they said that I was booked on their Mumbai-Delhi non-stop flight scd @ 17:00 hrs  but now would have to fly @ 20:00 hrs  flight  via Ahmedabad to reach Delhi a little before midnight.

I realised my error and informed them that I was in Delhi expecting to take a flight to Mumbai...a call to GO Air’s customer service solved my problem and they accepted my "rebooking" of the sector at Rs.1300 odd extra....my Card No & CVV No. later they turncated and put me on Delhi-Mumbai flight scheduled to leave Delhi @ 17:00 hrs. I was to collect my E tkt at the Airport counter.

At the Airport the courteous staff gave me the E tkt promptly and told me the flight would now leave at 19:30 ! But here I was at the Delhi Airport @ 15:45 hrs to wait for next almost 4 hrs.

I headed for the tele checkin but the Luggage X Ray was closed and would be open only by 17:00 hrs. But they blocked my seat . HINT - block  Block A1 B1 C1 D1 E1 F1 they have good leg space in the Airbus 300. Ideally A1 & F1 or C1 & D1 are best.

          

I had an old Aunt who could not walk...GO Air was courtious to provide the wheel chair with the attendant for all the time. He even waited outside the Airport restuarant.

          

19:30  We were took off to Mumbai. A seemingly disinterested Air Hostess Brought the Food to be purchased. I baught the Rs.100 meal box which consisted a small and cold samosa, 2 heavily buttered half sandwhiches, a very tiny piece of ginger cake, a pouch containing 2 cookies packed by Cafe a day. The dont serve Tea or Coffee on GO Air not even for a price. Aweful meal box.

          

We landed at Mumbai Air port at about 22:00 hrs and were ferried to the Terminal. My Old Aunt did not get any wheel chair despite of advance intimation. She had to limp to the Bus and we had to almost lift her to climb the almost 16 inches from ground first step.

          

At the Mumbai Airport baggage conveyors our flight no did not appear any where but since some alert members spotted their luggage we quickly got ours.
