I had a really bad experience with Go Air thus will never take this airline in my life.

There was my grand-father death and I

had to take early morning 5.45 am flight to reach Delhi from Mumbai. Unfortunately I reached 35 min before the departure time.  I was never late in my life in more than 40 flights of my life however heard that airlines allow passengers to board the flight even 30 min before departure.

We were 3 people and even told them if they can only allow 1 person and 2 others will take next flight which they definately refused. Morever to book next flight, G0-Air told that all 3 tickets will give you only 225/- as return and book compeltely new tickets.

to my horror, what I heard that the flight of 12.20 tok off 30 min late.

With us , there was 3 more people who reported late and had to go through same thing.
I guess they do this to get more money since people will take next flight from them so they will get money for this ticket also and next flight.


for reaching 10 min late, I had to suffer total loss of my fare.
However for 30 min late, they can do anything with passengers.



All this came when I was already in deep pain .
Great Airline . I wish some day I can show them the rulebook for their smallest mistake and cause great pain to them. This is not an ideal world and people have o understand the situations.
