It was the first time i flew through GOAIR airlines and want to tell everyone that please dont choose this airline just for the sake of saving Rs 200-300. Their flight service was pathetic, airline people were not bothered about the inconvenience of passengers. After completing my long journey (flight was 2 hrs late) from Mumbai to Kochi when i reached home i discovered that my luggage seal(tag) was broken and someone has removed my 3 shirts and 1 tshirt which was worth Rs 6000. As its obvious that noone checks his/her items inside the suitcase on the airport, i also checked it after reaching home. It took me sometime to realise that someone has removed my clothes from my baggage. I immediately contacted airline people on which they asked me to write an email to their feedback dept and as expected after exchanging 2-3 emails they said that they are not responsible for any dammage for the baggge. I dont understand when only air lines people take charge of passengers luggage after check in who else should be responsible for the baggage? If these people continue stealing things inside the lugage where will the passengers keep their daily use items. and if the airlines company cant even provide the assurance that passengers baggage will reach safely to passenger, whats the use of spending so much money? I am really disappointed with the kind of cooperation I got from this airlines. I will suggest everyone that dont use this airline since their service is pathetic.
