The GO air by Wadia Group website content should be removed as it hat speaks volumes about quality services. My experience doesn’t even
come close to this. I have written to all but I am yet to even receive a response. All i get is auto generated mails stating we will get back in 48 hours. Five days have passed now. Absolutely inhuman and horrible behavior was displayed by GO Air on my return flight from Delhi on 21-11-07. which was scheduled at 8.00 pm flight number G8-112. This flight was first delayed to 8.30 pm, then to 9.40 pm, then to 10 pm and then again to 10.30 pm. Ridiculous. When we spoke about our air fare to be refunded, we were told that they cannot give a complete refund until the flight is 3 hours late. We were asked to cancel the tickets and find for alternatives ourselves if we found the delay uncomfortable… Rude.. Very Rude.. They also said that if the tickets were cancelled, we would get the refund deducting Rs. 750.The flight finally departed at 10.30. No courtesy displayed while during the passengers’ wait.Not even water was offered free on the flight, forget about snacks. Attitude displayed was utterly gross and clearly said “we don’t care. Our job promise is fly you to your destination, doesn’t matter at what time, doesn’t matter what condition”. Finally, we landed at Mumbai at 01.30 am on 22/11/2007 against its earlier landing time of 10.00 pm on 21/11/2007. The bus came to pick us up approximately 10 minutes after we landed at the terminal.. To our shock we landed at the international terminal We were not even informed that the flight landed at the international terminal and not at the domestic terminal. My question is why such information was not given. We were carried by bus to the domestic terminal… Time waste again.
I guess they don’t respect the customer’s time at all. Being a woman passenger I had to make travel arrangements myself so that I could be dropped home safely..
