How many people want to sue go air for their experience in their flight
I had an 85 year old grandfather with me along with family from the US
They didnt allow us for being a few mins late for check in (there were more than 40 mins left for the flight to depart) of us had reached earlier
My tickets for 6 from delhi to goa costed me 21 K
I told them no low cost european carrier would behave like that ( coz I have travelled with easy jet and ryan air) and I reached 2 mins before departure they still told me to run ( and i was a brown man in europe post the london bombings)
Its a random rule that they wont refund you if you were moderately late however if they are late they would get away with it
I got a bit agitated and their  duty manager even got abusive and told him he cant be harmed.
so unless u r saving like 10k per ticket dont fly them
Unfortunately I had the misfortune of flying back with them
and they had the most cramped seats that I have ever seen on an airline
