I swear never in my life I had such horrifying experience. I am a frequent flyer but this time I have regretted so much that next time

I will prefer to go by Indian Rail than this GO Airline

This was the most pathetic experience I had. I generally travel by Spice Jet or Indigo. I prefer them as they are in my budget and generally on the scheduled time. This time I had to go to Chennai but timings were not matching for Spice as well as Indigo. I had only option IA or GO. I took Go as it had still preferred timing. My flight was supposed to depart at 8:25 on Friday evening. But got to know when I did my security checking that the flight is 1 hr late.

While doing my security check they asked me if I have a liquid bottle with me in my baggage, if YES I should preferably put my baggage in “Checked Baggage”. I was very impressed with the way they told me. I thought very well behaving staff. They also instructed me to carry only one cabin baggage with me. After I was through with all the formalities I was given Boarding Pass and Sent for Security Checking.

I was happy by that time when the night mare began. I went for Security checking and then They announced flight is more 45 Mins delayed. So it made it almost 2 hrs delayed. We were waiting in the lounge where I met 2 people one traveling to Delhi and one to Chennai. Delhi guy had his flight delayed by 3 hrs and the Chennai one was waiting for the same flight as I was.

They announced Departure of Delhi and Chennai Flights simultaneously. God knows what they were thinking when they did that. One gate and they were sending passengers for two different flights. Worst part…. Ground staff was very rude and one female almost shouted on one older lady who asked which bus she has to board for Delhi flight. Come on!!! That was her fault that your flight was delayed and U had to send the two flights together…. You have to be polite…. But guess it’s too much to ask for…..

Finally, we entered the flight. The first sight of flight was good. But when I sat on my seat I found some small pieces of Paper below my seat. Same was the condition on the seats in my row. NOT PROPERLY CLEANED AIRCRAFT!!!!!

Managed with that as well thinking the worst is over… But NO… How can get over when its GO….

The Staff was very rude and very unprofessional. When they served the refreshment they first took the money and then served the refreshment…. Kahi bhag jaoge toh?????

And the Pinnacle reached when the airhostess came to pick up the TRASH from people she was carrying the DISPOSIBLE PLASTIC BAG. Can you beat that???? Come On guys…. Spice, Indigo, Deccan all are Low cost Airlines but…. Plastic Bag… I think it’s too much…..

Finally We landed in Chennai’s Kamraaj Airport and I swear I will never fly again with Go Airways….
