I recently travelled by GoAir to Chennai. I had great fortune to get the tickets free under their scheme. This is one of the very few air travels by a Low cost airline. I must admit that the journey was very comfortable. The staff was very courteous and friendly. But I felt the ground duty staff were over worked but this is expected since there is a cost for every thing. However, there was great difference in the attitude of ground duty staff in Delhi and Chennai. While in Delhi the staff appeared very casual the Chennai was very attentive. My return journey was delayed by an hour since the flight from Mumbai to Chennai which was to carry me to Delhi was delayed. On flight services was just okay. The snacks which are required to be bought are just passable. But the staff always complained of change. For a veg snacks combo which costs Rs.40/- the staff did not have change for R.100/-. Just not for one but almost every one. Surprising. But the travel itself was smooth. Given an oppurtunity I would travel again.
