the call centre service of go air is becoming poor day by day. whenever you will call go air at 1800222111 you will get hanged and they will ask you to sms GOAIR at 3636 for which rs 3/- per sms will

be charged from your mobile and even after that also they will never call you back.
     also note that while canceling your ticket you will face hell lot of problems because once you book ur ticket online you cannot cancel it on your own.
     since the time they started throwing free ticket their web site is totaly hanged. why on earth these airlines are giving free tickets. do they think we INDIANS dont have money to afford to buy their tickets. distributing free tickets always hangs go air web site and because of this reason all passengers who wants to cancel their tickets does not gets call centre lines and they dont gets teir refunds.
     overall i am totaly harrased by go air call centre services.
