I hate to go against you in this regard. Especially the title. According to me If somebody needs to Go then they just have to opt out of GoAir services. Its the most pathetic airline i have ever travelled in my life & i swear that i will never travel again in that. 

I had a really bad experience with Goair. I booked my tickets to Delhi from Bangalore for Diwali holidays. The flight was scheduled to take off by 13.30 but then it eventually took off by 19.30. It was so disgusting because though i had given my mobile number they didnt have the courtesy to intimate me of the delay. 

Then i was to return to Bangalore on 24th of Oct, by the 10.25am flight. Again on 24th morning, i called up the call centre to check up the exact departure time, and we were told it was ’on time’. But when i reached the airport we were told it was delayed till 1.00pm. This time also i was not initmated inspite of Goair taking our mobile numbers and all. The announcement of the delay was not made until few minutes before the scheduled take off time. There were a lot of passengers who were really frustrated because of this. Again at about 12.30 pm, we (Frustrated Passengers) got an announcement that the flight was delayed till 2.15 pm, and then again till 3.30 pm.
I dont understand why Goair takes all its passengers for granted. It means that all these passengers have no other important work other than to sit at the airport waiting for the flight to take off.
Delays can be understood to a certain extent. But this sort of thing, its ridiculous. At least they can take the care to intimate us before hand, so that we may leave for the airport leisurely.
And I have this very strong opinion that Goair does this purposely, as I have heard numerous other complainst about this. Infact, I was strongly advised against booking the flight tickets with Goair from some people who have had similar experiences with this airline.
BEWARE OF GOAIR!!!!!

Pathetic Service & Disgusting experience.

I swear il tell my friends not to consider booking a GoAir flight.
