Read one of my friend who wrote about go air.

It is only a low fare air line. right! and not a free fair airline! not giving cotton for the ears!

my experience with my family on a holiday: of course, not to blame and mention the ridiculous measures of not allowing to carry even water bottle on the flight on aug. 16th...

- an airline not giving:
- cotton for your ears
- water is given after asking (then you must allow people to carry water amidst your security reasons) fight with govt. procedures or don’t operate flights that day...define your business revenue...
- water came after one hour in the flight
- lousy food options at exhorbidant cost
- switching off AC even half an hour before landing ie. positioning for landing (like our cinema halls!)

And the most surprising thing, one very senior manager of the airline, when posed such questions about my morining experience, starting comparing directy his better!!! efficient!!! service with Air Deccan...they are a grown up airline...proven...go air is just an infant...

moreover, why compare and bad mouth your competitor, rather you do good things about go air..

I am a corporate trainer in HR and Sales/Mktg, I deserve an order from them for training them on how professional they need to speak to clients...

May be given a choice to me, i can operate this good ’ Wadia Group’ branded airline better managed for customer care...Hope Wadia top mgmt. reads this and contacts me for free strategies to improve their business...

Why I say this so much, I like Brittania, Bombay Dyeing as a brand...

I am reading mouthshut reviews, its quite interesting.  This I would treat as a true virtual ’ god’ though not can give immediate remedies or solutions to people for their problems, at least if every company which has given such awful service must see their clients perish and change their customer service attitude and approach.

Mouthshut is a true ’robin hood’ or ’mudhalavan’ or ’indian’ or any of your favourite saviour heros that you have seen in Movies...

I wish Mouthshut team to contact me for a joint venture tie up with various corporate to promote this product.
