Go air has in a short span of time become a very good alternate to other low cost airlines. Going by the fact that other low cost airlines offer lower fares but no service but go air goes all out to offer excellent service inspite of the fares being low.  Their check in staff are excellently groomed and the in flight service except for the food part is great.  Their on time performance has been exceptional in spite of the fact that they have only three aircrafts.  Even on the event of delays they provide services like lounge and other alternate arrangements like full service airlines. On a few occasions when the flights were cancelled they were prompt enough to inform passengers on the same and alternate arrangements were made. The only problem with the cancelled flights were that the refunds generally take time.

To sum it up their services are good for a startup and hope they will do good in the future.
