I booked a GoAir flight from Ahmedabad to Delhi for the date 4th October, 2017 and the flight number was G8718 which was going to depart at 05:30 pm from Ahmedabad and arrive in Delhi at 07:00 pm. I booked this flight online using https://goibibo.com as the flight was cheap at this site and I booked it in July, 2017 so that I get it for best price. So the harassment started from 1st October, 2017 when I received a mail that this flight has been cancelled, but I didn't received any call or text message and I am not in a habit of checking my mails daily but on 2nd October, 2017 I coincidentally checked my mail and read this message by GoAir and in the mail they just mentioned a weblink where I can get a refund whereas there was no weblink for rescheduling the flight. So I had to google their customer care number and on calling them they simply told me that you will only get refund and there is no option for reschedule. Then I had to scream at them that it is urgent for me to travel on that day and why should I now book a flight at high rates when I specially booked it before hand so that I can book it for cheap. We had a continuous argument for about 30-45 minutes and then he came out with a suggestion that sir we have a flight by GoAir, No.- G8714 which was going to depart at 09:30 pm and will arrive in Delhi at 10:10 pm. I didn't understand why at the starting he denied to help me and refused to reschedule the flight. At the end he rescheduled the flight and when on 3rd October, 2017 I checked in online, there I couldn't reserve a window side seat, so I reserved a middle seat. At the airport I got my seat changed. In the flight, the flight attendants were not at all professional, in-fact rude with old people and they were gossiping with each other. The legroom was as usual very less and even the seats were dirty. The lavatory was stinking badly during the boarding time of the flight when no one has used it yet. If you have your flight fares lower than other flight doesn't mean you will not treat your passengers properly. I will make sure that at any cost I don't book a GoAir flight neither would I recommend anyone to board a GoAir flight.
