Hello I'm going to share my experience with go air .
I had the worst experience with Go Air I booked 3 return tickets for me and my parents from delhi to Bangalore we had to attend a marriage of my chachas daughter. The marriage was on 5 june and we booked the ticket of 2 june of 3 pm so that we can aslo attend haldi ceremony.
Althought I booked tickets 4 months ago because price was cheaper at that time.
Suddenly a day before the date I reaceived a msg that my ticket timing has been rescheduled due to air traffic and umnow the flight will take off at 7 pm . I was so bumed because than we left with no time to rest . But still I didnt complain about it.
When I went to ticket counter the person was so irresponsible ans was constantly using his phone instead of communicating.
When we were on flight the food we received wo not freash at all and the taste was ok airindia provide way better food than this.
The only thing I like about Go Air is they have less pricy plans.
