As I Am Preparing For The Course Of STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION CHSL And I Had Tried Services Of GO AIR On The End Of Last Year When My STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION EXAM Has Camed And My Centre Was Alloted In RAJASTHAN( ALWAR DISTRICT) And I Camed To Know About The Center Allotment Notification Just One Day Before My Exam Immediately My Father Tried To Book Private Cab First But The Travel Cab Booking Agent Told My Father That It Will Take More Than 6 Hours To Reach There So I Have To Leave The House 6 Hour Before My Exam Timing Also When He Told Us About Hole Expense Of Up Down To RAJASTHAN Is Almost Triple Of An Flight Ticket So I Had Decided To Went There Through Flight.


~ I Had Checked Online If Any Flight Is There Of Tomorrow Early Morning Around 5 Or 6 AM From DELHI TO RAJASTHAN As My Exam Is Going To Start On 9AM And It Hardly Tooks 1 Hour From Flight To Reach There And I Had Found Only 2 Flights One Is Of 5:20 And Another One Is Of 7 AM While All The Major Flights From Which I Traveled The Most Had The Flight From 8AM Onwards I Had Decided To Book Flight Of 5:20 AM And It Has Shown Me Estimated Time Of Reaching Before 6:30 I Had Clicked On The Website Of GO AIR.


~ The Design And Layout Of The Website Is Basic The Content Load Properly And I Had Clicked On The Tab And Choose My Date And Time Of Travel And Booked 2 Ticket Of Second Class Of GO AIR For The First Time I Was Traveling In Its Flight I Had Paid Rs 1680 For One Ticket Through My Debit Card And After I Had Booked The Flight I Had Received An Email From GO AIRLINES Containing Information Like DO AND DON'TS IN FLIGHT, LUGGAGE WEIGHT DETAILS ETC. As In The National Flight We Have To Reach At The Airport At Least One Hour Before So We Reached On Time At The Airport And Headed Towards CHECKIN COUNTER.


~ There Is Only One CheckIn Counter Of GO AIRLINES And There Is a Huge Line Of Passengers Waitings Standing In The Line Of Checkin Counter In Order To Get There Boarding Pass After Standing Almost 25 Minutes In Line Final We Reached At Counter I Had Shown My ID PROOF And Ticket E PRINT And Requested The Counter Staff Of GO AIRLINES To Please Gave Us Both Seats Together In Sequence They Had Alloted Us Boarding Pass And Told Us That Boarding Will Start At 5:20 SHARP So Reached At Gate Number 2 At That Time We Had Went To Waiting Area Of GO AIRLINES Is Poor And Lack Of Facilities There Are Steel Benches Only No Newspaper, Magazines, TV Or Wifi.


~ But No Announcement Was Made By Them Till 5:30AM After Waiting For Half N Hour More At Around 6:05 AM They Had Made An Announcement Requesting Passenger To Reach At The Gate After We Had Cleared The Boarding Process And Went Inside The Flight Noone From The Staff Or Air Hostess Has Camed To Help Us In Finding Our Seats Even After Facing An Delay Of Almost 50 Minutes Still The Flight Didn'T Take Off On Time Many Passengers Had Asked The Reason About The Delay But The Air Hostess Waled Away By Saying That We Are Waiting For Few Passenger But Actually They Are Waiting For The Flight Attendents After Seating In Flight At 6:15 The Flight Take Off At 7 AM I Was Scared That I Will Got Late For My Exam Due To Their Delay.


~ The Food Of GO AIR Is Tasteless And Of Poor Quality Even After Taking An Second Class Ticket I Had Paid Extra Amount For SNACKS They Had Served Just Water And Juice The Seats Are Conjusted And Legroom Was Almost Zero The Cushioning Of The Seats Are Not So Comfortable And I'm Happy That I Have To Sit On It For Just Few Hours Even After Reauesting The Staff For Many Times They Had Not Given Us Seats In Sequence And As Result My Father Seat Was In Different Area And Mine Was At Different.


The Staff Of GO AIR Are Not Helpful They Talked To Me Rudely When I Constantly Requested Them To Change My Seat They Didn'T Pay Much Attention Towards Passenger And Was Constant Busy In Their Talks I Will Never Recommend Anyone To Travel Through GO AIR Flight As Only Because Of Them I Reached Late For My Exam They Are Not Punctuable Or Dedicated Towards Their Job I Had Faced An Delay Of More Than 2 Hour The Staff Didn'T Behave Properly And After Seating On GO AIR Flight Seats I Just Feel Like Traveling In An Third Class.
