I traveled on 15th Jan, My luggage was stopped in BLR airport as there was
a power bank and luggage was delivered in next flight to my address in
Gurgaon. y power bank was missing and I was told it will be in Go air
counter in Bangalore and I can collect on my return to the BLR airport.
When I came back on 24th, I am not getting any proper response. I have
given all the required details to the counter manager multiple times but no
answer. My calls are getting disconnected, if I call from another number I
was kept on hold multiple times. People whom I contacted is Sharat and
Anmol. They are not providing the solution but just troubling me by
disconnecting the calls or keeping me on hold.
Yesterday I was told my power bank was found and asked me to come and collect by go air Bangalore.
When I reached them for time I was told it's not found and they are not responsible for this.

My calls are disconnected and kept on hold for mins if it picked.
I have been given rude answers and disconnected while I was talking.
Please help me in getting my missing item.
