What a horrible experience!


I had my flight today #Bangalore #Go Air G8-395 PNR QFWLGV, I was present in the airport 1 hour in advance and then after waiting for so long statement was passed that they have stopped issuing the boarding pass for this flight when I checked multiple times with the Go Air staff "Savitha", she was too much busy in gossiping with other staffs that she was least bothered about the passenger concerns and then what she says you can check next flights options and book a new one. I was like, What the hell, are you kidding me? I already booked this flight at the last moment and paid thrice then the actual price.


Me along with one more lady we have been asking her that we are here since an hour but she was arrogant enough to ignore our concerns or listen what we are saying. on top of that instead of helping us to find the next flight options she started questioning us that where were we till now? I requested her so many times to check atleast the possibility but she started talking in an unprofessional way and started passing personal comments. Who the hell she is to pass such comments to the passengers?


She was just talking about new booking and seems like she was only interested in extracting money out of the passengers.


then somehow I got other go air staffs after lot of noise and then they understood my concerns and helped me with the rescheduling. Staff like "Savitha" are true example of Go Air pathetic airlines services.


After this, I would never like to recommend anyone to use Go Air. Sorry to say but never had such horrible experience with any other Airlines. I did board last minute flights in Vistara/Spice jet/Indigo/Air India.etc, Go Air should really teach their staffs like Savitha the "Professional Communication skills".
