Previous Year my whole family was prepare for vocations we decided to go Port Blair and we booked two different airlines ticket, for both way, go and return. But due to heavy storm in Port Blair we canceled our program. But when we cancel flight tickets of return journey which was booked in Go Airlines, From Port Blair to Chennai flight no. G8-304 was on 11 Dec 2016. their cancellation policy is very high flat cancellation charges is 2, 225 rs.
And they charge a non-refundable web of rs 200 per passenger and for return journey rs 400. and we book ticket online that's why return is refunded in account within 7 days but the refund is not credited in account after 10 days. and we call the customer service for solving this problem they told sorry sir due to some technical issues we cant credit refund in your bank account, and finally they refund after 6 days.
