Bagdogra counter has some of the most inept service desk attendants. Had been standing in the line for 40 mins, never heard anyone call out for the flight. When I reached the counter they said counter was closed all the while I could see the same counter displaying my flight untill the flight time. Had to book another flight later. Rude counter attendant, didnt even try to see if anything can be done.
