Selfish policy. Review on Go Air

Go Air site is not reliable, After adding OTP aishwaryasingh23ment details., The msg reflected on screen saying your booking is not confirmed and incase money is deducted from account it will be returned. Assuming the booking is not done., I made booking with makemytrip within 5 minutes(though makemy trip was bit expensive), but shocked to receive confimation email from Go air that booking is confirmed and by the time I got booking from makemytrip.

I called the customer care of go air that I have made double booking for same sector and same person but they are not ready to reply and not ready to response my email. Even I approch makemytrip to help me to get refund from go air but they also did not help and asked me to contact with airlines only.

There is absolutely no difference in booking details between Go Air & Makemytrip & I have used same sector, same flight, same date but go air is not ready to reply my mails., I have sent several mails to refund@goair.in but it seems they are selfish and there is no transprancy

W/ther I travel with go air or makemytrip, still Go Air is benefited because I am using same airlines and how can I hold two booking for same airlines at a time.

Just for small amount they hv been harrasing people and I feel they are selfish & case of cheating and their site is not reliable guys so be careful using Go air & its my hard earn money & I cannot let it go like this & planning to approch consumer court with no option in hand.
