I have invested Rs. 1 lakh and lost. Now fighting to get back my money. My membership number is GCM 0161 held at Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
Their contract is having no exit clause. Do not pay upfront which is the main trick they apply to cheat unsuspecting consumers.
Told me that I can pay in zero interest instalments. Bank started deducting 16%interest.
No delivery quality committed. Do not attend phone calls, never call you for movie tickets, hotel vouchers never provided before journey.
Showed catalogue with 4 or 5 star hotels but provided, third grade accommodation, booked through make my trip agent. So bad was the accommodation that I returned from holiday in Lonavla after first night.
No breakfast was provided by the hotel which is suppose to be an inclusion.
Their customers service representative Mr. Rafique had the audacity to tell that courts cases will drag on and we will achieve nothing by taking legal action.
Their Director Mr. Nikhil Pardeshi never responds to your grievences. Written hLf a dozen mail.
So making an appeal to all members already cheated and those who will soon face the ugly face of this fraud organization to come under one roof and fight to get back your hard earned money.
