I had bought this tootpaste, because I was spitting blood and that is not a good thing so I bought one and thought it will work but after using this tootpaste, I can said it doesnr give any cleaning effect, not much as you think and you used to want, cleaning effect is nearly 1 percent only,
overall flavour was weak and I havent stop splitting blood, so I stop this paste and eating some medicine from doctors, well I aint got any much improvement on teeth condition, that was only minor and I can said, if theres no option then you could use this, either dont.
overall I give 2 out of 5 that's it
