I purchased an a/c. It got problems, so I visited the showroom.
When I asked for help everyone is telling me to call customer care. I agreed, called and I waited for half an hr. The reception girl is very busy not with the work but she is talking with her i boyfriend all the time.
When I call on landline number she shouts like woman selling stuff in the market on the phone. Her name is SALMA, the worst experience of my life in girias.
