When my friend buy this phone, after 1month I have also bought this phone, one year ago. First 6 months it was works perfectly fine to use but after 6 month me and my friend faced many problem started. The contact which is saved in phone its automatic hide from phone and one contact is automatic interchange to others one number. When any one call me, thats number is already saved in my phone but three is a problem, its not showing the name caller. It have hang problem, it hang again and again, and recently it is switched off automatically for sometime, in this time I am try to on it but its no response.
When I asked about this problem, they said its a software problem and update it agin. Service Center people also saying in this situation just connect to charger and wait 24-48 hr for switched on it. In 2 months it will update 4 times and every time I lost my important data. Like contact, message, media everything.
