Friends, I am going to provide you the review about this Chimney. When they marketed this product they informed us about lot of features and its technical spec.
When I bought, initially it was good. After few months faced lot of problems. Specially about its smoke exhale process. It is very slow and the smoke is not completely gone out.
Also the oil stains doesnt go. Maintenance is very hard to do. Need to spend lot of time on it. The body buildup material quality is also very average.
They dont have enough customer service executives in our place. Response to our queries and complaints are very slow.
Needs lot of improvement in their product and service too.
