I have bought gilma cooking hob one& a half yrs back.Recently had problems with gas burners.Technician came only after 10days for servicing after giving the complaint in the call centre. But of no use.The technician couldn't not solve the problem.The technician in Hyderabad said he can't come on the given time provided by me.
They are very careless about the safety of the client.10 days for the gas stove servicing.After so many hurdles the technician maintains his attitude& didn't come in the provided time.
Overall pathetic after sales service.
Will suggest every one not to buy products from this company.
