You try calling thr service center.NOONE ever pick up never. It's a stupid local company, importing hobs from china and selling it some marwadi owned company who is only bothered about sales, that's why there service center is always closed.
Never buy GILMA TRUST ME, buy some unknown brand is cheap price, as they also will last and will not give service support later. If you really want to try, try calling thr service center, no one ever picks the call.
