Here is how it was. I never had acne until I started playing Football. I suffered from what people called Sports Acne. Thanks to another acne victom. I really was able to get rid of mine. Someone told me to mix a bit of milk with a little bit of orange juice and some lemon juice, then let it sit on your face for about 15 minutes. I was so desperate, so I did exactly that atleast twice a day.... I noticed that within three days I had reduced the number of pimples on my face by 50%.....I kept doing it. Worked like a charm. With the help of eating a regular diet of Fruits and Veggies and drinking atleast 8 glasses of water a day my face was clearing up pretty darn good. I wasn’t constantly worring about what my friends were thinking when they looked at me. They all had beautiful skin. I didnt have to spend half my morning in front of the mirror playing with my face and trying to get it to look as a good as possible. After that I had a date every Friday night...no more staying home watching Tv. I became quite the social butterfly. The number of friends I had doubled. People say it doesnt matter whats on the outside...but if you have acne it does to you. Follow my advice and you’ll feel and look alot better.
