Tips below are based on my own experience with pimples/acne:

1.  Eat regular meals, excrete regular stool (once a day, morning after you wake up). Eat rice & dal, good for creating stool.
2.
Drint lot of water (atleast 5 litres a day), do regular urination.
3.  Avoid oily foods, spicy foods, junk food, capsicum, meat and other masala food. You should avoid it, if you are worried for your face.
4.  Eat greeny vegetables and fruits.
5.  Wash face with warm water as often as you can (after 3 hours ). Don’t allow dust & oil to stick on your face.
6.  Don’t prickle pimples. Don’t touch them, don’t even touch your face if possible.
7.  Shampoo your hair regularly (3-4 times a week is good) with anti-danddruff shampoo. Objective is to keep your hair dandruff free. Also keep short hairs so that they don’t come on face & also easy to maintain.
8.  Sleep regularly, 7-8 hours in night (11 to 7 is best). Enjoy early morning nature. Its really fresh.

I am sure you will definitely benefit from these as I have.
