Everyone will experience acne. Here is an example of acne on the forehead.
Acne is very common disorder that most young people get in early pubescence. It is caused by inflammation of the small

oil glands that surround the fine hairs on the face and chest. The severity of acne increases and, typically, reaches its peak around the ages of 17 to 19. For most people, acne tends to go away by the time they reach their mid-20s; however, very sensitive people may continue to have the disorder until they reach their 43s.

   Symptoms of acne

Blackheads

Blackheads are small, dark spots (about the size of a pinhead) caused by a small plug in the opening of a follicle (pore).

   Whiteheads

Whiteheads are white raised bumps caused by collections of oil and skin in pores pus-filled lesions that may be painful nodules (solid, raised bumps)

   Home remedy for acne

Rub the pimple with a fresh cut clove of grlic.

Lemon juice. Apply to effected area

Orange peel pounded well with water. Applied to affected areas

Cucumber --- leaves or grated pieces. Apply to effected area.

Clove based face mask or a paste of Fenugreek ( Methi )  leaves applied overnight and washed off next morning

Drink at least a liter of water a day to impart a healthy glow to the skin.

Mix 1 teaspoon of turmeric ( Haldi ) powder to 1 teaspoon of
mint or corriander juice. Apply and wash off before bed.

Liquefy cabbage leaves with witch hazel. Stain the mixture and add two drops of lemon juice. Use as a lotion.

Black Heads: Make a paste of jaggery ( Gur ) and apply it over the blackheads. Keep it for at least 20 minutes and then remove it, the blackheads usually come out with the dried paste.

Acne and Stress

When your body is under stress, it naturally produces a substance called "corticotropin-releasing hormone", or CRH. This hormone does a number of things to get your body ready to "face the stress". It’s released from your skin glands, and as one of its tasks it causes oils there to also be released. This could be because human bodies evolved to need that oil to protect the skin in times of stress, or to help cool it.

That oil tries to leave the glands, and on a face not prone to acne it would just flow across the skin and evaporate or be washed away. However, if the face is dirty and has dirt trapped at the top of the pores, or if the oil tends to coagulate and block the pores, the result is that the oil being produced has nowhere to go and formes the acne.
