NO CAREER,NO FUTURE. Review on Genpact

Two months back I got a mail from GENPACT private limited that my profile has been selected for the associate technical support role.The mail contains all the details about the VENUE, EXPECTED SALARY, ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY and other information regarding the jobs and what are the documents I have to carry with me.Even the mail contains some of the important phone no which you can call anytime in working hours.

On seeing the expected salary of 2.25 laks per annum to 3 lakhs per annum I thought it may be a good company and the selection process is going to be really tough as other bpo services company like WIPRO, TCS, IBM, INFOSYS.

So I decided to call one of the person from that company whose number is provided in the mail.I called them and ask two to three question related to jobs and atlast I asked about the salary, they replied to me that yes you have a bright future in GENPACT.

Next morning I reached at the venue 20 minutes before the time described in the mail, what I discovered is that almost 400 to 500 students are standing in a queue and depositing their CV one by one.According to your CV no you are being called for interview.Tiil then I like it as its a good process so I waited for almost 1 hour.Suddenly some one called my name twice I reached infront of that table where a women just called my name and she greeted me with a professional smile.I too greeted her.Then she took my CV and  wrote something in the backside of CV and forwarded to to next counter.I also shifted to next counter too.

Then the employe who sitted in that counter asked me whats your qualification.I replied and she just told me that yor salary will be 1 lakh 20 thusand per annum and you have to sigh a bond for 2 years.Before I asked her anything she just told me to wait for HR round.Without asking anything to her I waited for HR round as I thought I could clearify my doughts there only.

After I waited for 20 minutes HR called me as he took interview in standing position infront of almost 400 people.as he doesnt have separate cabin or chamber.He even unable to listen my words and voice as every one are shouting.That moment really struck to my mind that these people wont give respect during the interview how could someone expect good behaviour from them after you got call letters and after you joined the company.What I am saying he is unable to listen it, how will he select people for its company.I really dont like its selection process and in the mid of my interview I walk out without informing them as I already qualified for the job.and they are going to give me offer letter.But I dont want this type of job where employes are treated like workers and sarvents.No respect for co workers.

I wont recommend my friends or any one, its better to sit jobless rather than work in this type of company where you wont get anything except salary.No career, no future, once you joined you forget about everything as you dont have time to even breath.So before joining this type of company think 10 times or console to some of your close relatives who already in this field.But dont go for this type of company who only sucks your blood and time and in return you get only salary.
