One of my friend was working in Genpact two years ago and he told me all about this . The company is pathetic regarding every thing let me give you a detailed review about this company .
First of all this is a MNC and no doubt it is a joke in the name of MNC . The working enviroent in this company is pathetic . As my friend told they always force you to work extra time and will give you extra work load .when you deny you might get fired without any experience certificate .
They dinot have to pay their employ their salary on tome policy.Every time you will get salary late and may get less salary depending upon the performannce .
My friend use to be always frustrated about this, The company work in shifts but you don't have the right to choose the shift, only they decide about it and you can do anything .
Lastly they fired my friend without giving any reason and experience cerificate . He had hard time in this compny pls dont join in this company .
