I feel this review is:
Genpact is one of the worst company I have worked with. In Genpact the era is that you would not be able to show what you are capable of the only thing that genpact has to accept is that genpact can never be a good company. It always trouble its employees either it is working environment or salary they will only suck the life out of the employee. So working with genpact can harm you in a way that you would not be able to work again in the same company. Well it also has some good points but seeing pros and cons both in my opinion it is the worst company. You should never work here otherwise you will left like an idiotic person who sees all the company as the better opportunity.
