I am a current employee of genpact.Working here since past 2.5 Years.In the enitre time of my working experience with genpact, I have felt and faced lots of challenges.
First challenge which you will face is the "TRANSPORT" facility which is pathetic.They do not provide free cabs, 1500 will be deducted from your salary for both side cabs.
Condition of cabs are Pathetic, Drivers are very rude and do not behave well with the employees.
Female Safety is not take care by the company, They do not provide Guards in there cabs for night shifts.
Recently a female employee was robbed while getting back to her home after doing night shift.
They do not pay you any extra amount for working late and extra after your shift timmings.
They treat employees like slaves.
Training is the only thing which is saving genpact, it has word class training team which you will not get in any other company.
They accept employees with no experience of same field, train them from Zero level.
FOR FRESHERS IT IS RECOMEMDED ONLY FOR THE PART OF TRAINING. GENPACT WILL NEVER GIVE YOU GOOD SALARY PACKAGE WHICH WILL UNFFORTUNATELY DEMOTIVATES, AFTER ALL WE ALL ARE HERE FOR MONEY.
Genpact is a good place to work for Higher Managment only.
Not at all satisfied with the company and its Politics.
