Pros:
What I learn from Mouthshut
Cons:
My carelessness

While reading a few of the comments on my last review “Mouthshut and its wonderful service” I felt I could edit my review and modify it a little because many wondered why I had put it on the
services of mouthshut.

Apart from several other reviews, have been reading mouthshut reviews and have been using the website for quite sometime now. The most important aspect of this website is the fact that they have provided a decent forum for us to read public opinion on various issues which anyone would like to read, be aware and make the best use of information. Of course, it is important to add that one should be away from prejudiced opinion and judge opinions the best way. A reader would best achieve this when he or she reads many reviews on same products. It is then one tends to analyze opinion and then go into buying a product or availing a service.

Comparison is possible only when the consumer receives first hand information on the product from someone who has used it and is able to reflect on the pros and cons of it. This becomes the most useful part of mouthshut service because I would best weigh the pros and cons of the product from several reviews and then make an opinion of my own before buying anything. It is very difficult for a person of today to make a market survey and then venture into buying something.

It involves a lot of time, energy and money and the moment one realizes this, even the average man would randomly select something which is finally not useful to him the first place.

Advertising does help in a way but that doesn’t give a consumer all details he wants. It restricts him to certain momentary aspects that lure him and fails to give the complete picture. It just provides us information on the various makes available in the market for just one product.

Whereas a forum like this would give me first hand information on the product from various corners of the country or world and then I would plan my budget to buy the right thing for me and my family.

I think we should make the best use of it to grow with positive thinking around. Let all of us make it a forum that gives us many opportunities to grow.
