I got first hand expereince of pathetic customer service of MPingi.

I decided to subscribe for Mpingi service, spoke to MPINGI sales person and gave my details.
For every new account, they give a verification call, while talking on verification call with a person named Priya, I came to know that MPINGI service cancellation involves payment of monthly charge for whole contract period.

I was not comfortable with the clause and decided to cancel my subscription right there.

I was told that I need to send mail on support@mpingi.com , I did that and its been week, I get call from some Technical person telling me that he is still working on my case. What the heck?

Then I saw 56 dollars charged on my credit card[I was promised nothing will get charged during 30 days trial period].

I have not even tried their 30 day trial thing and they have already  charged my card.

While talking to MPINGI supposrt call I got, I asked him to inform mpingi team about my case that I have cancelled my MPINGI subscription same day I planned to buy, but he tells me that he cannot help and I have to write mail again.

MPINGI gave me tought time just within first 24 hours and made my life difficult by not allowing me to cancell my subscription.

MPINGI technical support guy who called me from India was talking rudely. BOSS you are talking to a customer in USA, dont take it easy. You need to be polite.

A good service should be easy to cancel, biut mpingi people want to to just delay the whole matter and they tell us that technical team doesnt know what sales team has done. And everytime you call them they say "It takes 24 hours to update system". WHICH SYSTEM ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?

IT TAKES 24 HOURS FOR SALES TEAM TO UPDATE  system that customer has asked you to cancel. ARE YOU PEOPL LIVING IN  OLD century.

I thought I will use this service to  talk to my  old parents back home, but they just spoiled my whole weekend and  that long call over weekdays.   I hate you MPINGI team.
