I am with hostgator for past 2 years. But past three months I have been suffering a lot due to their poor billing and customer care service.
Not receiving bills or reminder
They won't clear queries
Customer care representative attitude are worst
After complaining several times still facing problems
Resolving a single thing taking a lot of time
Its very hard to be with them. Their service is now a days very poor and risky to go with them when you take their services
