Please dont get cheated by this builder named as Sachin Khandve who is owner of Monument Developers and Engineers.He is not committed to the work nor pays back any amount if he has to pay due to some reason so think before booking your hard earned money .He has some sales guy names as Amol, Yogesh & Prasad who are trained how to cheat people
Please review the cases filed against him in Pune court Case No:- S.C.C./1279/2017
