There are lot of real estate agent in market now a days.So be careful while buying house, flat or land and you have to keep some important point in mind is as follows:
1.Must check whether agent is genuine or not and search about agent in all point of view like their possession time, they are fraud or not e.t.c.
2.You should check location of flat, home or land according to your convenience and requirements.
3.Keep in mind that your budget if agent want 10 lac or 15 lac then you should keep some extra money and don't give all money at a time before project starting.Give whole money when key of your flat or home in your hand or after project completion.
